Tornado Alley--The Movie

Emergency managers are disaster junkies by nature.  Anything having to do with a disaster draws our attention.  With the large tornado outbreak from April and May in mind it would be natural to try to get "inside the head" of a tornado and capture it in "full motion."

 

This is what the producers of Tornado Alley have tried to do.  The idea of seeing this film in its IMAX version appeals to me.  Tornadoes swallow everything they encounter, especially the BIG F5 storms, so I'm thinking this is the best way to experience a tornado without experiencing the injury and the damages.

 

Given the dramatic nature of the images I probably would not recommend it to tornado survivors.  It could trigger some post traumatic impacts.
