The State of GovTech event in October ignited a conversation on how to pair government with technology entrepreneurs to bring about more effective digital government. But transforming service delivery means thinking differently internally too. 

In San Rafael, Calif., Senior Management Analyst Rebecca Woodbury convened a variety of voices from within the city to weigh in on the website redesign project. Here, she talks about who she called upon for input — and why it was important to include more than just IT and communications staff.
