Anaheim Introduces Online Registration for Winter Recreation Classes

With just a few clicks of the mouse, Anaheim residents can register day or night for select winter recreation classes being offered by the city of Anaheim's Community Services Department.

The city's new online registration system, EZ RecConnect, enables residents to sign up for winter youth gymnastics and adult dance classes. In a few months, online registration will be available for most spring 2006 classes, which begin in March.

In addition to being able to register online for youth gymnastics and adult dance classes, registration is available for all of Community Services' winter recreation classes by phone, fax or mail.

The Anaheim Community Services Department offers more than 300 classes per quarter including art, dance, music, sports, computers, fitness, cooking and educational topics. A complete list of winter classes can be found in the Anaheim Community Services Guide to Activities and Programs, which was mailed to all Anaheim residents and was distributed to City of Anaheim libraries and community centers. Register by telephone using a VISA or MasterCard, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at (714) 765-5228, mail completed registration forms to the Community Services Department, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd., Suite #433, Anaheim, CA 92805 or fax registration forms to (714) 765-5223. Prior to registration each family will need to complete a client information form (CIF) available online or in the recreation guide.
