But what about the private sector itself? Even though salaries for computer scientists and technologists are generally higher, new grads might not necessarily be drawn to tech companies focused specifically on the gov tech market. So, how can companies go about recruiting Gen Z?
We asked Zach Nandapurkar, a senior government solutions engineer at Axonius (and a member of Gen Z) to share his perspective with us.
