Description: Invitation to Bid 1- Description This project is the providing for and installation of an Audio System in the Washington County Convention Center located on South Race Way Road, Greenville, Mississippi. It will be new materials, equipment and its installation throughout the building in total compliance with the detailed specifications contained herein. 2 - Receipt of Bid Sealed bids will be received by the Architect, for the Owner. 3 - Opening Bids will be opened by the Owner and the Architect, at 11:00 a.m., 5/6/2002 in the Board Room of the Owner in the Washington County Court House in Greenville, Mississippi. 4 - Bid Basis Bids will be on a lump sum basis and will include all equipment, wiring, conduit and applicable electrical, etc... 5 - Instruments Bidding Instruments consisting of Specifications, Documents, Drawings and Forms may be obtained at the office of the Architect.
