Description: Sealed bids for Bid Package #5: Pipestone Jasper Middle/High School will be received in the School Superintendent's Office, Pipestone Jasper Public Schools, 400 Second Avenue SW, Pipestone, Minnesota 56164 until 2:00 PM. local time on Thursday, April 11, 2002 at which time they will be opened and reed publicly in The School Conference Room, Pipestone Jasper Public Schools, Pipestone, Minnesota. Bids received after this time and dare will be returned unopened. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. This Bid, Package will consist of a separate sealed bid for the following Bid Division: PJ-5165 CCTV Surveillance Bidding documents prepared by Group II Architects PA will be available for public inspection at the office of the Architect, 104 West Redwood, Marshall, Minnesota 56258; the office of the Construction Manager, E&V Consultants and Construction Managers, 5801 Duluth Street, Suite 345, Minneapolis, MN 55422; at the office of Pipestone Jasper Public Schools, 400 Second Avenue SW, Pipestone, Minnesota 56164; the FW Dodge Plan Room, Minneapolis; Construction Market Data, Brooklyn Park; and the Minneapolis, St. Paul, Lake Area-Watertown, Mid-Minnesota, Mankato, North Iowa, Southwest, Sioux Falls, Plains, and Fargo-Moorhead Builders Exchanges. Bidders may obtain a set of bidding documents by contacting the Construction Manager (763) 545-1355. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope supplied by the Construction Manager, E&V Consultants and Construction Managers. The bid division(s) being bid is (are) to be identified on the outside of the envelope. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or corporate surety bond in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, payable to Pipestone Jasper Public Schools, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will execute the contract and file the required bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. If awarded a contract, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Pipestone jasper Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding.
