The City of San Antonio Purchasing Department is willing to assist any bidder(s) in the interpretation of bid provisions or explanation of how bid forms are to be completed. It is the policy of the City of San Antonio to involve qualified Small, Minority, Woman-owned, and local business in construction, procurement, professional services, and leases and concessions contracting.
