Description: Sealed bid proposals will be received by the Director of Public Service, of the , Ohio at the Office of said Director, 100 West Market Street, Girard, Ohio, 44420 Attn: Jerry Lambert Date: Monday, 4/8/2002 Time: 12:00 Noon for the acquisition of a computer system to automate the activities of the Girard Municipal Court. Bids will include application software, system software, hardware, installation, warranty, training, maintenance and support. All vendors interested in submitting a bid must attend the Vendor's Conference at 1:00 P.M., Monday, 3/25/2002 at the Girard Municipal Court, 2nd Floor, 100 West Market Street, Girard, Ohio 44420. A request for Proposal RFP may be obtained by contacting Jerry Lambert, Director of Public Service, Girard, Ohio 44420. In accordance with ORC 307. 88, each bid must be accompanied by either a bond with satisfactory corporate surety, or by a certified check, cashier's check or money order on a solvent bank or savings & loan in the amount of not less than (ten) 10% of the bid amount, conditional that bidder shall, if bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity to the RFP and bid. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with the bidder's name and address and marked Frp for Girard Municipal Court. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, but no Bidder shall withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening. The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to award the contract to the lowest and best bidder.
