Delaware Awards ACS $12.5 Million Contract for Justice Information System
ACS to provide solution for the judiciary.
The Delaware Administrative Office of the Courts has selected ACS to provide an integrated, statewide justice information management solution for the state judiciary, which consists of the Supreme Court, Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Family Court, Court of Common Please, and Justice of the Peace Court in the state's counties. The award is valued at approximately $12.5 million and includes the ACS Justice Information System and related implementation services.
The solution is part of the state's court automation project, Delaware Courts Organized to Serve (COTS), which is intended to enhance internal court operations through greater automation and process standardization.
