The Package shall include: 1). Part number Z101-0001 Softwarebiomarker Patterns Software licensed for use on five seats, two days of Biomarker Center Service specific for protein identification projects, 192-Well Bioprocessor Assembly, one ProteinChip Kit set-Fractionation and profiling set, and one ProteinChip Kit set-fractionation for Protein ID and peptide mapping set. 2). Part number C700-0062 ProteinChip starter kit shall contain a selection of ProteinChip Arrays, calibration standards, EAMs (Energy Absorbing Molecules) and a 96-well bioprocessor to get a new lab started with ProteinChip technology. 3). Part number P201-0001 ProteinChip University, provide a basic training course. 4). Part number NPN Chips, any combination of Ciphergen ProteinChip Arrays. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 and 13. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations. However, if any interested party believes it can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail. An original and a copy of the capability statement must be received in the contracts office on April 8, 2002, by 4:00 p.m. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. ProteinChip is a registered trademark.
