Through this enterprise agreement, USDA also expects to acquire information technology support services that can lead to new, innovative solutiions and best practices in the design and implementation of a cross-cutting support services infrastructure, i.e. across all gencies and staff offices, to enhance and seamlessly provide program, information, and services delivery regardless where the customer maay located and whenever the customer chooses to tranasct business with USDA.
