Pharmacy Computer Service is the only known source to have access to the proprietary software that is req uired. This requirement is to provide maintenance service and to include software updates on a Call-Rx IVR Automated Telephone Software with components at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. The period of performance will be for a base year 1 April 2002 thru 31 March 2003 and (4) four option periods.
