Description: Lebanon School District #9 Request for Proposals Telephone System Announcement of Request for Proposals The Board of Directors of Lebanon School District #9, Lebanon, Oregon, will receive sealed proposals at the Facilities Department, at 485 S. 5th Street, Lebanon, Oregon, 97355 until 3:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, Thursday, 5/16/2002 and opened at 3:00 p.m., for a Voice over Ip Telephone System as described in the specifications which are available in the Facilities Department. All interested persons are entitled to attend the opening. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 10 a.m., Friday, 5/3/2002 at the Administrative Building, 485 S. 5th Street, Lebanon, Oregon, 97355, to receive questions and distribute the names of other specification holders. Proposals for this project will only be considered from contractors attending this conference. All others will be returned unopened.
