VirTra Systems Inc. Major General Perry V. Dalby (USA-Retired), VirTra Systems' chief executive officer, announced delivery and installation of a specially customized training simulator at the newly constructed United States Marshals Service training facility in Atlanta, Georgia.
"We are pleased to have gained such a prestigious customer as the U.S. Marshals Service," commented Major General Dalby. "VirTra Systems is committed to manufacturing the most advanced simulators delivering intensely realistic, immersive small arms training to military, law enforcement, and security agencies worldwide."
The U.S. Marshals Service, with its headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, is the nation's oldest and most versatile federal law enforcement agency and has served the country since 1789. A total of 3,067 deputy marshals form the backbone of the agency. Among their duties, they arrest more than half of all federal fugitives, protect the federal judiciary, operate the Witness Security Program, transport federal prisoners, and seize property acquired by criminals through illegal activities.
"This first quarter has kept our sales, production, and installation teams busier than ever. Furthermore, orders have significantly increased recently, and since last September we have received approximately $3,000,000 in new orders, upgrades, and service. I remain optimistic this trend will continue into the fall," Major General Dalby concluded.
