Where can you read former first lady Barbara Bush’s handwritten taco recipe (first ingredient: Doritos)?

Answer: Google Arts and Culture

In honor of Presidents’ Day, Google Arts and Culture has opened a massive virtual collection of presidential artifacts to the public.

The tech giant has partnered with institutions like the Presidential Culinary Museum, the National Parks Service and more to add 63 new exhibits to its American Democracy collection.

Use Google’s Art Camera to zoom in on gigapixel-quality images of 25 presidential portraits. Read favorite recipes of the Bush family (like the taco recipe) or the menu from Jackie Kennedy’s first State Dinner in 1961. Take a 360-degree virtual tour of the White House using the Google Arts and Culture App and Google Cardboard, or get an up-close look of Ronald Reagan’s Air Force One. And scroll through collections of presidential pets, both the traditional (Lyndon B. Johnson had beagles named Him and Her) and the exotic (Theodore Roosevelt had a Badger called Josiah).
