Which city will soon ban sledding?

Answer: Dubuque, Iowa

The light-hearted wintertime activity known as sledding will be prohibited at all but two of the 50 public parks in Dubuque, Iowa. The city is banning the activity after multi-million dollar lawsuit payouts in Omaha, Neb., and Sioux City, Iowa, both of which involved cases of sledders who became paralyzed for life.

Washington, D.C., requires that children under 16 wear helmets while sledding, and Omaha attempted a sledding ban at one popular location one year, but gave up on enforcing the rule when people continued sledding there anyway.
