In Nairobi, Kenya, a group of designers has created a way to charge your cellphone using a plastic bottle. Using an invention called the "Bottle Charger," the used plastic bottle is transformed into a 5-watt charger.
When boiling water is added to the bottle, the miniature Blackbeard Unidirectional Constant Turbine (BUCT) creates electricity with the rise and fall of temperature, Inhabitat reported.
