Seventeen-year-old Nick d'Aloisio, who dreamed up the idea for the content-shortening program Summly when he was studying for his exams, told the Associated Press he was surprised by the deal with Yahoo to purchase his website for $30 million, according to a Fox News report.
D'Aloisio will now work for Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer -- he will be the company’s youngest employee.
