What vehicle did one woman recently use to serve her husband divorce papers?

A judge recently ruled that a woman who had served her husband divorce papers via Facebook had met the minimum requirements of the law to obtain a divorce.

Unable to locate her husband otherwise, Ellanora Baidoo of Brooklyn served divorce papers through the popular social networking site, though the judge did ask the woman to prove that it was his Facebook profile by showing past conversations they had had on Facebook.

With no Department of Motor Vehicles record of the man, nor post office forwarding address or any other way to locate him, the law considered the man served. And if he is not heard from within three weeks, Baidoo will be allowed a default judgement for divorce. There was no property to divide, reports say – the woman just wanted to move on with her life.
