Detroit Electric's SP:01, pictured above, is the world's fastest production electric car, and was publicly revealed for the first time at the Shanghai Auto Show on April 20. Its max speed is 155 mph, and it can reach 62 mph from a standstill in 3.7 seconds, according to Gizmag.
