Where can Airbnb help you stay next?

Answer: a national park

Spending a vacation in the great outdoors doesn’t necessarily mean sleeping bags on the ground and food in bear-proof canisters. This week Airbnb announced a partnership with the National Parks Foundation to encourage visitors to experience some of the country’s natural treasures in comfort.

With a promise to help travelers “feel at home at the world’s most astounding destinations,” a new dedicated Airbnb Find Your Park site links users with accommodations in communities adjoining 10 national parks, including Olympic National Park in Washington, Zion National Park in Utah and Shenandoah National park in Virginia. Each park has its own page for users to search just for rooms in that area.

As part of the partnership, Airbnb is also donating $50,000 to the National Park Foundation’s Centennial Campaign for American’s National Parks.
