Which car company will reportedly receive a $34.7 million tax break?

California announced on Dec. 17 that it's giving Palo Alto-based Tesla Motors a $34.7 million tax break so the company can increase production. The funds are reportedly going toward buying $415 million worth of equipment, which could roughly double their current output capacity, and will add 112 permanent jobs at their factory.
