What city recently launched a Web app to help residents determine whether they actually live there?

Apparently folks in and around Tucker, Ga., aren't sure whether their homes actually fall within the municipality’s weirdly squiggly boundaries. So city managers recently launched a Web application to help.

For those trying to determine a home’s geographic status, the ArcGIS Online app from city GIS analyst Chris Rice lists more than 19,000 addresses. “It was based off of the amount of questions we get from citizens who are trying to look at our paper maps to determine 'Do I live in the city or not?'” Rice said.

Replete with aerial imagery, the app is mobile-accessible took just two days to build.
