To celebrate Earth Day this year, NASA has released a fun new interactive tool that lets you write your name in the Earth. Literally.

Just head on over to the Your Name in Landsat website and type in your name, or whatever word you choose, and see it spelled out in geological features. The result is a lineup of satellite photos from NASA’s records, each containing a feature that kind of looks like a letter. For example, you can enter “GovTech” and get a river formation that forms a G followed by a rocky formation making an O and so on.

“The satellite images used in this interactive [tool] are part of Landsat’s extensive record, spanning more than 50 years,” according to NASA. You can mouse over the chosen images to get more details on the location depicted. The images come from various sources including NASA Earth Observatory, NASA Worldview, USGS EarthExplorer and ESA Sentinel Hub.
