The incident occurred on Monday night around 9:30 p.m., according to local news station KTLA 5. The robotaxi reportedly dropped off a passenger in the parking lot but then got stuck attempting to make a multipoint turn to exit. The drive-through lane and other vehicles were too close, and the robotaxi ended up stopping in the drive-through, preventing any other vehicles from entering.
