The new Fraimic smart canvas makes changing your wall art a breeze — all you have to do is tell it what you want to see and let the canvas do the rest. You just have to tap the bottom right corner and then tell it what you want, like “sunset over the ocean.”
From there, Fraimic uses AI technology from OpenAI to generate an image of what you described. And it all happens right in the device, no Wi-Fi, app or subscription necessary. The canvas itself is an E Ink display, so it reflects light like paper and not a digital screen. It comes in two sizes, 13.3 inch and 31.5 inch, and fits most standard picture frames. The 10,000 mAh battery will last for years because it’s only used when the image changes.
Fraimic is currently the subject of a Kickstarter campaign, which runs through Oct. 23. Units are expected to ship in the spring of next year.
