We can now add real estate agent to the growing list of tasks artificial intelligence is being asked to perform. As reported by Florida affiliate NBC 6, a resident of the Sunshine State used OpenAI’s ChatGPT to go through the entire process of selling his home.

Robert Levine said he used the large language model to create a listing, generate marketing materials and even coordinate showings with potential buyers. He said he received five offers within 72 hours of posting the listing, and the entire sale took just five days. Levine even used ChatGPT to write the contract of sale, although he did have a human review it. He said his motivation for using ChatGPT was financial, estimating he saved about 3 percent by not needing human labor.
