Southwest has been having a real rough go of it lately. Just as the airline was beginning to recover its image after the big debacle over Christmas in which more than half of its flights were canceled, departures all over the country were delayed again on Tuesday.

Some airports around the U.S. saw a number of Southwest flights temporarily halted when the airline suffered “intermittent technology issues.” The problems stemmed from a third-party firewall that “went down,” causing a loss of connection to “some operational data,” per Gizmodo. As of 12 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Tuesday, things were reportedly back up and running.

Southwest has reported that these technological issues were unrelated to the ones that caused the massive disruption of its services over the holidays.
