After what feels like an eternity of yes/no, lawsuits and weed jokes, Elon Musk now officially owns Twitter. The deal closed on Thursday, but not everyone is happy about it. A number of celebrities left the platform during the weekend, saying they didn’t want to be a part of it anymore.

Among them was screenwriter, producer and showrunner Shonda Rhimes, well-known for her work creating the popular shows “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Bridgerton,” among others. She tweeted on Saturday that she was “Not hanging around for whatever Elon has planned. Bye.”

Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles also bid adieu on Saturday, saying, “Sorry, this one’s just not for me.” Others who departed include “This Is Us” executive producer Ken Olin, “Billions” showrunner Brian Koppelman and “Bill & Ted” star Alex Winter.
