Ever wondered which candy you should stock up on for Halloween to make sure you have what your trick-or-treaters will want most? Well, thanks to market intelligence and search firm My Telescope, now you can get a better idea of what to buy based on what state you’re in.

My Telescope turned to Google data to find out what are the most, and least, searched for of the most popular Halloween candy types in each state. They used Google search volumes ranked by Share of Search, which is something marketers use to determine what brands people prefer by measuring “the relative interest for a search term in relation to a defined set of search terms.”

Per the numbers, Snickers is the candy you want to have the most of in almost half the U.S. It was the top candy for 23 states, including California, Alaska, Texas and Hawaii. Illinois, Massachusetts, Montana, New Mexico, Ohio and West Virginia prefer KitKats, while Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Maine, North Carolina and South Carolina want Tootsie Rolls. Maryland, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and South Dakota most desire Hershey’s Chocolate Bars, and in Michigan, Nevada, Virginia and Washington it’s Twix. Colorado, Connecticut and Idaho prefer Milky Way, while Kentucky and Louisiana are the holdouts for 3 Musketeers. Indiana stands alone as the sole fan of Butterfingers.
