According to search data from Google, which, let’s just admit is now everyone’s favorite help tool, Americans find QuickBooks to be the most difficult office software to navigate. Digital Adoption has the data.

To get to this conclusion, the team paired the names of the 275 most popular office apps in the U.S. with 35 search terms associated with support. They found that on average, people in the U.S. go to Google for help with QuickBooks 68,320 times per month. That’s 68 percent of all monthly searches globally on the topic.

Coming in second place was Microsoft Excel, with Americans conducting an average of 49,490 searches for help with the platform. Interestingly, outside of the U.S. people search for help with Microsoft Excel more than any of the other apps evaluated.

Shopify and Salesforce took third and fourth place, with 44,720 and 39,420 monthly help searches, respectively. Next came two more Microsoft platforms, OneDrive with 26,140 monthly searches and Teams with 25,780. Zoom, WordPress and DropBox rounded out the top 10 at 24,300, 24,290 and 21,730, respectively.
