Utah came in first place thanks to its low costs for electricity and moderate prices for home Internet. The state also boasts the third-highest share of households with Internet access. Second place went to Delaware with a high percentage of potential remote workers at 97 percent. And with the lowest Internet prices of any state, Connecticut came in third. Alaska, Montana and West Virginia were found to have the highest Internet costs in the country and took the last three spots.
