Per a 2025 study, commercial chatbots experience a roughly 30 percent decrease in accuracy in remembering information across long-term interactions. This is understandably upsetting to users, so Memvid wants to give them a chance to air their grievances through this job. That’s why it is specifically calling for candidates who have an “extensive personal history of being let down by technology.”
Who is hiring an ‘AI Bully’ to yell at chatbots all day?
Answer: Memvid.
AI memory startup Memvid has an intriguing new job posting for anyone who has ever been less than thrilled with artificial intelligence (which, let’s admit, is most of us). The company is willing to pay $100 an hour for someone to spend one day being their AI Bully and yelling at chatbots.

Applicants will be asked to complete a short online form and interact with the company’s chatbot, Kora, and then give their honest feedback. The chosen candidate will spend one day (only one, unfortunately) on camera interacting with chatbots and yelling at them when they can’t remember things they should. They will need to document “every failure, meltdown, and circular conversation,” and the whole thing will be recorded and potentially used in future promotional content.
