One of the biggest video game releases, "Stray," is getting positive reviews from more than just humans. In the game, you play as a cat in a dystopian world, doing, well, cat things. And players’ real life cats are getting into it too.
A new Twitter account, @CatsWatchStray, has been cataloging all the action, retweeting users’ posts of their cats watching (or in some cases, getting in the way of) them playing "Stray." And there are tons of them. The account already has more than 6,000 followers.
So why are cats loving Stray so much? According toMashable, it’s because Stray absolutely nails the act of being a cat. From the sound effects to cats’ general obsession with knocking objects to the floor to napping a lot, the game just really gets cats. And the real cats are here for it.
