A Certified Bank Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (05%) of the Total Bid must Accompany each Bid, Made Payable to Lewis County Fire District Number Twelve. The Board of Fire District Number Twelve, Lewis County, will have the final authority to name the successful bidder.
