Idaho Gov. Kempthorne Signs Appropriation for State Data Warehouse
House Bill 5 allocates some $680,000
Idaho Gov. Dirk Kempthorne recently signed House Bill 5 allocating more than $650,000 "towards the purchase and creation of a statewide data warehouse and business intelligence tool. This tool would provide access to statewide payroll and accounting data," said the bill, "in one location through a user-friendly Web-based interface. Twenty-three agencies pledged a total of $666,000 towards this project.
