Description: The Bay Area Air Quality Management District, a government agency responsible for the management and control of air pollution in the nine Bay Area counties, is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide the District an imaging/document management system. A copy of the District's Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained from Jean Nicolas, Business Manager, at the District Office, located at 939 Ellis Street, San Francisco, CA 94109. For further information, please call (415) 749-4955. The sealed proposals/bids must be received at the District's Business Office, located on the 4th floor at 939 Ellis Street, San Francisco, by 5:00 p.m., 5/15/2002. Faxed bids will not be accepted. The proposals will then be opened and evaluated according to criteria specified in the RFP. Individual interviews may be scheduled. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids received and to reject any or all such bids. Bids are subject to acceptance within thirty (30) days unless otherwise stipulated
