Public Sector Advisory Board Established To Monitor Cyber Security

Board represents some of the most distinguished and experienced thought-leaders in the areas of government risk management, information assurance and counter-terrorism

Liquid Machines Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Rights Management (ERM) solutions, announced the formation of a Public Sector Advisory Board comprised of leaders from federal, state and local, defense, and major vertical industries.

Members of the Liquid Machines Public Sector Advisory Board will work together with Liquid Machines to examine and recommend solutions to problems facing government agencies in the areas of data security, information assurance, and secure messaging. The advisory board will also counsel Liquid Machines on market opportunities within federal and state & local government agencies, business strategy, and the development of technologies that anticipate and meet public sector requirements.

Initial members of Liquid Machines' Public Sector Advisory Board include:
  • Richard A. Clarke, former Special Advisor to the President for Cyber Security in the current Bush Administration, and a senior security official in the Clinton and George H.W. Bush White Houses.
  • Don Upson, former Secretary of Technology for the State of Virginia; and former Chief of Staff of the House Government Operations Committee, in the U.S. House of Representatives.
  • Roger W. Cressey, former Chief of Staff to the President's Critical Infrastructure Protection Board at the White House; and former Director for Transnational Threats on the National Security Council staff.
  • Israel Feldman, former Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (now Health and Human Services); and former Senior Information Technology Planning and Budget Officer for the United States Postal Service.
