Description: The City of Fresno is soliciting informal bids for: Mds 9790B Master Station (Control No. 10272) Bid Proposal forms and specifications are attached. Any questions concerning this bid are to be referred to Ron Baughman of the Purchasing Division, at (559) 498-4623, prior to bid submittal. The completed bid proposal, properly signed, must be submitted on the forms provided, in a sealed envelope (fax not acceptable), clearly showing the above project title and control number, to the Purchasing Division Office at 2101 G Street, Building AFresno, CA 93706-1635, prior to 2:00 P.M., 4/2/2002. Please use the attached return envelope or label to identify your bid. Bid received after the deadline will be returned unopened. The City of Fresno hereby notifies all Bidders that no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied any benefits of, or otherwise discriminated against in connection with the award and performance of any contract on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation, or on any other basis prohibited by law.
