One of Encinias’ chief accomplishments during his tenure with state government was moving agencies toward a cloud services model. He noted in an interview with Government Technology that he wanted to see Pennsylvania continue moving toward the cloud, and in his new position as a connector between government and cloud services, he will have the opportunity to help many more agencies with their cloud strategies.
