Texas CIO Outlines Plans for State's Digital Transformation

A long-term effort is now under way to re-imagine service delivery in the state of Texas.

At the Texas Digital Government Summit event in Austin last month, state CIO Todd Kimbriel talked about what it means to be a digital state. His strategy to get there includes a program called "My Government, My Way," which reimagines how the state delivers services in line with how citizens want to consume them.
