Disaster Drill

Held in conjunction with the Sacramento, Calif., Regional Citizen Corps Council Annual Disaster Preparedness Conference in October was a disaster drill for Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT), where they practiced their command structure, evacuation, triage and special-needs populations skills during a mock flood and hospital wing collapse.
