New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch last week signed Senate Bill 159 to help build out broadband in the state's underserved areas. "If our economy is to be competitive into the future, we need a high-technology infrastructure that is available to every part of our state," Lynch said in a statement. "This new law will help us achieve our goal of expanding broadband and advanced telecommunications in New Hampshire."
