I have always wondered why it takes so long to get all the political appointees in place following a change in administrations. President Biden was pretty quick on the draw in naming the FEMA Administrator, Deanne Criswell, but regional administrator appointments have been dragging trail.
I saw this week that
David Warrington was appointed as Regional Administrator FEMA Region 2, which is progress.
Out here in the Pacific Northwest we are still waiting for a Region 10/X Administrator to be named.
