Transportation facilities like ports and port terminals are waiting for the final ruling on the implementation of TWIC bio readers. The process has been delayed for several years.
In the interim there is now at least a list of those readers that have passed the Initial Capability Evaluation (ICE). See the TWIC Initial Capability Evaluation List that the Department of Homeland Security has established.
