Disaster Zone Podcast: ‘The 10 R’s of Crisis Management’

Many a crisis has gotten worse due to the public relations response.

Many a disaster or crisis situation has been exacerbated by the public relations response, or lack of a response to what has gone wrong. It could be a political event or natural disaster — either way, how the crisis is handled is critically important.

This is the topic for this Disaster Zone podcast: “The 10 R’s of Crisis Management.”

It applies to everyone, even if you are not a public information officer.

Here is the podcast’s description:

“Crisis management and crisis communications have become a critical skill, and not just for emergency managers.
