Emotions over Money — Dow Drops Again

Early intervention by the Federal Reserve did not impress market.

The Dow Jones Market dropped again today — after rebounding yesterday.

The troubling news was it dropped after the Federal Reserve reduced interest rates by .5 percent. See this story, Dow drops nearly 800 points after the Fed's surprising news about the economy.

I've written this recently and I'll repeat it again here, "The mental is to the physical, as 3 is to 1." Which is why the market is down today. I think some people are thinking, "If the Federal Reserve is taking drastic measures, maybe I should be worried." Cut my losses now, while I still can.

What will happen tomorrow?
