FEMA Rumor: Who Will Be the FEMA Administrator?

Rumor has it — not the nominee.

I'm not into conspiracy theories, but a good rumor like this should be shared. Who, what, why, and certainly "when?" comes to mind, but then it is simply a rumor.

Let's see what happens!
