GeoPlatform.gov--Mapping the Oil Spill

I'm attending the Natural Hazards Workshop and now sitting in on a GIS Roundtable. One site being talked about is the GeoPlatform.gov that is a collaborative effort with NOAA providing the site.

Great place to get geospatial data about the current oil spill. It is also another example of worldwide collaboration between GIS technicians and internationally controlled satellites.

If you are in the gulf, this is the place to look to find out where the oil is today.
