How to Obtain Extra Medications for Your Emergency Kit

I've been asked this question many times. See below for three tips for getting that done.

Not every medication you take is needed to keep you alive for 7-14 days. But, there are some critical meds, like insulin, that are critical, especially for Type 1 diabetics. I've asked many a doctor and pharmacist how to build an extra supply of medications. Finally, there is a video resource.
